Five-Sentence Slide Videos
Slide videos are one-shot videos with students talking, using iPod sounds (using the app Thumbjam), and pictures drawn by the students. The story was created, practiced, and videoed all in ONE forty-minute class period. Of course you can divide the project into two or three class periods. They were also created on Halloween, when the students need LOTS of structure and purpose.

The teacher using an iPad (or videocam) records the video on the floor, with the students talking, playing music, and moving the objects.
The video is edited and first names are placed at the end. |
As a class, the students select two characters. The list is already on the whiteboard.
