It has been three months since my husband and I:
I have made the transition and now have left my “working” life. So, if you follow me for new music technologies or education resources, you will be disappointed. I am now in a world of relationships, innovation, and new passions of being active in retirement. I will look for musical activities and use technology that involves me and the people who are close to me. As I look back on the transitions in my life, moving from high school to college, then college to working life, it’s is about leaving your past life and inventing new possibilities. It’s time to move on.So, I am leaving the world of music education and education technology. I now am concentrating on being retired and the new discoveries that require. Using my music and technology passions will be a given, but it’s like I was as a high school or college student, taking classes, being in clubs and organizations, but WITHOUT the stress of work and/or tests. We moved to The Villages. If you don’t know about this place, it . To say this is a retirement community where people sit around is NOT the case. I am in paradise:
So, a new journey begins. It’s all about simplifying my life, making things easier and playing!
